Dear Fellow Small Firms,

   I am honored to have been selected as a nominee for the FINRA 2nd Class (2 year) seat on the Board of Governors. This upcoming election represents an important step for small firms in our continued efforts to gain credibility and influence in the self regulatory process.

  There is a lot of activity around this up-coming election and I realize that the amount of emails, mailings, and phone calls can get frustrating. To respect your valuable time I have created this website so you have the opportunity to learn more about me, my experience and my role as a leader and advocate for small broker dealer firms.

   As your small firm Governor I will build on the momentum of credibility for small firms so we have an opportunity to be heard on the issues and to be part of the process during a time of historic restructuring of financial services regulation.

   I am available to listen to your concerns and bring your issues to the Board of Governors. I stand ready to communicate with you and for you.  I have the experience, knowledge and commitment to be your small firm advocate and I ask for your vote!
