from Our CEO Mari Buechner
I have been with Coordinated Capital for over 20 years. Starting as
a part-time college student
and working my way up to my position today as President, CEO
and CCO, I have experience in all aspects of owning and running a
small independent contractor firm.
We built this firm around a simple premise: “Be
big enough to serve you and small enough to know you”. Our products
and services, technology and strategic clearing partnership give you
the competitive edge.
There is no other broker out there that you can’t compete with. Our
small size gives us the opportunity to know each of our reps on a
personal level - when you call us we know you by name not a number.
We recognize that our Reps need the freedom,
support and technology to build a business that reflects who they
are and how they want to best serve their clients. We focus on
potential and not on production and
accommodate reps at all levels of production.
At CCS we understand that our Reps are our
Clients and our highest priority is building and maintaining
long-term relationships. We are privately owned and we plan on
staying that way. Our Reps can be assured they have a future with us
and your deal won’t change.
As your CEO I will provide sound leadership
during turbulent market times and during our changing regulatory
environment. I stand ready to communicate with and for you. As a
current board member of the FINRA Board of Governors and the
Financial Services Institute (FSI) I am committed to advocating on
behalf of small independent contractor broker dealers and their
financial advisors to help guide policy that will have a tangible
impact on our business.
