We recognize that our Reps need the freedom, support and technology to build a business that reflects who they are and how they want to best serve their clients. We focus on potential and not on production and accommodate reps at all levels of production.
We are privately owned and we plan on staying that way. More than twenty-five percent of our reps have been with us for twenty or more years and more than half have chosen CCS as their broker dealer partner for more than ten years. We understand that our Reps are our Clients and our highest priority is building and maintaining long-term relationships. Our Reps can be assured they have a future with us.
